KORE Real Estate Group partners up with Optimus US Real Estate Fund
KORE Marketing has partnered with Optimus US Real Estate Fund as the exclusive representative in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam. Under the terms of the partnership, KORE Marketing will represent the investment fund overseas which allows investors a rare opportunity to capitalize on the downturn of US real estate.
Founded in 2009, Optimus US Real Estate Fund was designed with its investor in mind. The fund benefits investors by optimizing both Canadian and US tax treatments and is RRSP-eligible. Optimus’ team of highly experienced and dedicated management team has compiled more than $3 billion dollars in real estate acquisitions and financing experience. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of real estate and related investments that are primarily located in the South and Southwestern part of the United States. The current investment portfolio consists of over 500 strategically selected condos in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Texas and Florida. These residential units have been generating great rental cash flow and have been generating positive appreciation forecasts.
